An AI receptionist that knows your business.

Omonae takes the conversation, checks real availability, and hands you a booking to approve. Everything it says comes from a configuration you control.

AI reception

The receptionist answers in Japanese or English, on your site or in an embedded widget. It knows your services, durations, prices and FAQs because you entered them — it does not guess. Its tone is a setting: professional, friendly or casual.

  • Bilingual conversation, replying in the customer's language
  • Answers on services, durations, prices and opening hours
  • Confirms name, contact and details before booking anything
  • Chat transcripts kept so you can read what was said

Booking automation

Availability is resolved on the server, never by the model. Opening hours, breaks, holidays, one-off closures, slot length, minimum notice, how far ahead you accept, and how many staff are on that day all constrain what can be offered.

  • Weekly opening hours with breaks, per weekday
  • Holidays and one-off closures that override the week
  • Slot interval, minimum notice and maximum advance booking
  • Daily staff headcount caps overlapping appointments

LINE integration

Customers connect LINE from inside the chat and their confirmation is delivered as a real LINE message with a link to manage the booking. Owners can have new, changed and cancelled bookings pushed to their own LINE.

  • One-tap LINE connect, no new account for the customer
  • Confirmation delivered as a LINE message
  • Owner alerts on new, changed and cancelled bookings
  • Requires a LINE Official Account, set up with you

Customer handling

Every booking builds the customer record on its own. Returning customers are recognised, and your team sees the history before they walk in.

  • Visit history, favourite service and lifetime spend
  • No-show tracking
  • Private notes visible to your team
  • Customers can view, reschedule or cancel from their own link

Calendar and booking management

Approve or decline each request. Day, week and month views, filtered to upcoming, past or everything, with closed days marked.

  • Approve or decline from the dashboard
  • Day, week and month calendar views
  • Closed days and holidays shown in place
  • Who approved what, recorded on the booking

Automations

The rules you set are enforced without anyone checking them. The receptionist cannot double-book past your staff count, accept a booking inside your minimum notice, or offer a slot on a day you are closed.

  • Booking rules enforced server-side on every request
  • Owner notifications on booking events
  • Customer self-service confirm, reschedule and cancel
  • Idle demo sessions reset themselves

Analytics

Counted from your own bookings — bookings handled, estimated revenue from your current service prices, no-show rate, and estimated admin time saved. Busiest time of day appears once there is enough data.

  • Bookings over the last seven days
  • Top services by revenue, confirmed bookings only
  • No-show rate
  • Estimated time saved per handled enquiry

Your branding

Customers are booking with you, not with us. The colour, logo and assistant voice are yours, and the customer-facing pages carry your business name.

  • Brand colour applied across the dashboard, buttons and widget
  • Your logo in the chat header and confirmations
  • Assistant voice: professional, friendly or casual
  • Japanese and English business and service names

Where it runs

Omonae works as a hosted booking page, as an embedded widget on your existing site, or from a link or QR code you hand out. LINE is supported today; other integrations are scoped per customer.

  • Hosted booking page
  • Embeddable widget, one script tag, no build step
  • Shareable link or QR code
  • LINE Login and LINE Messaging API

The demo is the product.

Not a video, not a mockup — the real dashboard with a sample day already in it.
