Omonae builds an AI receptionist for businesses in Japan that live and die by their appointment book.
What we do
We build one product: an AI receptionist that answers customers, takes bookings and confirms them through LINE, in Japanese and English. It is built for owner-operated businesses — the software has to be usable by the person cutting hair, not by an IT department.
Why we built it
Appointment-led businesses in Japan lose real money to unanswered messages: the enquiry that arrived at 21:00, the one that came in while every pair of hands was busy. Hiring a second receptionist to cover that is not proportionate. Software that covers it is.
How we work
We onboard businesses one at a time and configure the first setup with the owner rather than handing over a login and wishing them luck. We do not claim capabilities we have not built — anything on this site marked as rolling out is planned, not shipped.
